Don't let insurance companies steer you towards cheap, poor quality repairs. Know your rights. By law, you are entitled to choose a quality auto body repair shop like Classic Auto Body and be fully covered by your insurance.

icon-stopsign... your auto insurance company from boosting their profits at your expense! You've paid top dollar premiums, and you deserve top quality collision repairs. Title 18, Section 602 of the Delaware Insurance Code prohibits auto insurance companies or adjusters from requiring "that repairs be made in a specified repair shop". (The complete Delaware regulation can be found here.)

Insurance companies negotiate agreements with body shops in each geographic area to perform work at reduced rates. Those shops must agree to the insurer's requirements, which often include the use of non-OEM parts, pre-set limits on time and materials, and numerous other restrictions. While insurance companies refer to those shops as "able to meet our standards", the agreements are put in place to reduce their costs — not to benefit you!

Classic Auto Body continues to work successfully with all auto insurance companies. But our first priority is to deliver quality work and exceptional service to you. If necessary, we know how to protect your interests against any attempt to cut corners.
